We absolutely crushed legs tonight!!

Highlight: I ran the 100lbs on the lying leg curls for the last 4 sets of 8 AND turned around to do the same thing on the leg extensions. Hitting personal bests off gear no less!

Taking a page out of a fellow members book.

I'm grateful that no matter what I'm going through, Mr. Bot still wraps his arms around me every night and reminds me that I'm loved and cared for.
