So I forgot to post Saturdays chest, shoulder, and triceps routine:
Slight incline dumbell press - 2 warm-up sets of 12 at 45 and 60lbs, 3 sets of 12 at 75lbs.
Hex press - 2 sets of 8 at 50lbs, then a CLUSTER set: 8 reps - 20 second rest, 8 more - 20 second rest, and TRY for 8 more.
Stretch Pushups - 2 sets to complete failure - 39 reps, 27 reps
Dumbell side lateral partials - 3 sets of 20, 35lbs
Dumbell side laterals - 2 regular sets of 8, 3rd set, a cluster set of 8.
Dual handle cable push downs - 1 warm-up set of 12 at 90lbs, one set of 12 at 120lbs, a cluster set at 120lbs.
Pin press - first time doing these and I am in Love! 3 sets of 6 at 165lbs.
All that and out the door in 50 minutes!
