We have guaranteed all the sponsors on the BrotherhoodOfPain.com going on 2 years now.
I have posted this several times. but without a proper thread making this statement official.
So going forward this post will be made permanent.

Rules and conditions of restitution is as follows.
Member must be active on the board in past 30 days of the grievances.
Reimbursement will be equal value to funds spent.

The board cannot reimburse 40 vials at $11.99 when its a sale is well below market value.
However we will replace it with high quality gear at a discounted price totaling $480 + shipping cost.
These steps require order and payment confirmation.

We guarantee all the sponsors here without charging any extra fees.
This can be done successfully by members posting their sponsors experiences.
Sponsors have posts in their sub forums detailing delivery expectations.

When sponsors have exceeded extended delivery window by a week I ask they contact staff.
I would expect customers to have contacted the sponsor or their rep in the time following packages being late.
This can be done by the email used to place the order or sending a private message on the board.
Without deleting or editing posts it will serve as checks and balances preventing unacceptable losses.

I’ve been a part of many boards over the years, I’ve seen sponsor ranking systems, “private” sponsors and everything in between. I have never been apart of a community that makes a guarantee like this, never. Yeah sometimes it’s a little slow around here but it’s damn sure not full of hate and drama, people being scammed left and right and admin banning customers who complain.

Since I joined this community it has grown into the most trustworthy community I’ve ever been a part of. Sure, we have room to grow, things that can be tightened up but DWBO and the rest of the staff here are constantly working on improving and maintaining the atmosphere.
