      I plan some b.w in around 3-4 weeks.

      Training are great, the effect from the test come slowly but it's not the top yet ( and i think it's normal, i need around 3-4 weeks to up correctly )

      The pump are great, but i take AAKG, after the training the sensation of well-being are present, i sleep very well ( restful sleep )

      if i can, i'll take pictures of some muscle groups to see the evolutions.

      You have a great diet and exercise plan, I donít really understand it, but it seems detailed . Do your test whatever works for. Iíve been doing it so long I get abit carried away. Post some pics as you go and explain what it is your diet works on

      Actually im only @ the gym 3 to 4 x week with this exemple of routine :

      - Pec and triceps
      - Biceps and shoulder
      - Full back
      - Full legs

      Actually i dont train the abs , i prefer to focus on the lumbar at the end of each session. With a good diet and cardio sessions the belly is naturally flat.

      Another shoot, the same like the past 1cc of each.
      I missed the gym but i continue to take SR Gear.
      About the training i add swimming pool every Friday Log SRHealth T.mix&BoldeU

      I may have the opportunity to invest in equipment (I do not use a recent device) for training like hold school as in the 80s-90s

      I uptad soon the details of the training.

      Its official i made an appointment for a blood sample with :

      Testosterone
      Lh
      Fsh
      Estradiol
      And some other things.

      Good and bad news, the hematocrit have up from 49 % to 51 %

      Next week i will plan a blood donation Log SRHealth T.mix&BoldeU

      I plan the blood work for the test level soon.

      In generally i think the test level have up , i feel better i have more energy, better vascularity, the skin are more sweet / have better quality.

      I stopped workouts after a lung infection, but i restart next week, i eat every time properly clean carbs, good source of proteins and supplement food Log SRHealth T.mix&BoldeU

      I restart the workout slowly day after day Log SRHealth T.mix&BoldeU

      I have the results of the blood test soon, i feel better day after day i think the level have up correctly.

      I dont like picture of myself but i try to get some to see the evolution.

      Hello, sorry i dont understand your question.

      I run with a simply cycle, testosterone mix for the hypogonadism and the boldenone to help the real gain, but unfortunately i have too many red blood cells with Boldenone, so I give some blood when i can.

      Hello,

      I have my results of the testosterone level.

      Before starting SR Health Test mix, i did not consume testosterone or testosterone stimulant.
      As a reminder, i had a testosterone deficiency with a level that was between 1 and 2 (209ng for the last blood work)

      After 11 injections ( 1ml test mix and 1ml boldenone undecylenate ) my testosterone level are :
      677,72 ng

      Im not a expert in dosage ( if per exemple 320mg per week come with this level are low or normal or high )
      but today, actually i feel well.

      I had an infection to the lungs so I stopped the workouts but i restart slowly but surely with gym + swimming pool.
