      Seventeen appear in court accused of making and supplying steroids

      Conwy man Andrew J Dodd and David Michael Jenkins from Flint pleaded guilty

      Saturday June
      Two men have pleased guilty to making and supplying anabolic steroids, with another 15 set to face trial over similar charges next year.

      The 17 appeared at Caernarfon Crown Court this morning, charged with conspiring to contravene Custom and Excise and producing and conspiring to supply a Class C drug between May 1, 2013 and December 2, 2016.


      Andrew J Dodd, 40, of Maes Refail, Henryd, Conwy and David Michael Jenkins, 36, of Cornist Lane, Flint, pleaded guilty to all four charges of conspiring to import/export a Class C drug, producing and supplying anabolic steroids, and conspiring to conceal criminal property.

      The remaining 15, some of whom appeared via videolink, all pleaded not guilty to some or all of the charges, and will stand trial at Mold Crown Court with the case set to begin on January 29.
