Also guys.

For anyone who might have EVER done business with the individual who was pinched or labs he may have been associated or is thought to have done business with, be VERY VERY careful.....

I came across some info that is public and there for everyone to see that shows he had shipping info seized from almost, if not more then a year back.

I confirmed this without a shadow of a doubt but to keep from possibly incriminating someone who used him, I can't share details..

This whole thing is unfortunate. PPL has been in good standings here for quite awhile. There is likelihood of losing existing as well as potential clients due to this whole mess. I would say to everyone don't be afraid to use them. If they are still here then it's for a reason. If they are a risk I'm sure they would be booted.

Searching court documents without actually logging into anything it looks like he intended to file a guilty plea of some sort in December. Curious if any of you who might be more in the loop know what’s happened so far?

My internet search shows he recently plead guilty, got time served (since September), 3 years what looks like probation and "drug treatment". It doesn't even look like a significant fine.

I hope his wife was spared the grief.

This dude got off easy af because he sold out everyone and anyone to cop a plea. This guy was Elite Labs and while he was incarcerated, “he” sent out emails to people who formerly bought off of him. Yup, you guessed it - he kept personal info. I have no doubt those emails came from the alphabet group. This dude sang like a bitch.

Do you have any proof of this? I know of a few of his label/brands and that one doesn’t ring a bell. I also never received and communication while he was incarcerated and we chatted very often so my profile was there no doubt. I was
chatting with him the day of his bust and there was nothing in the texts that resembled baiting.
If your allegations are true, I’d love to see proof. My thought on the guy were pretty high in term of what kind of dude he was.

According to Panda, this guy is Tone, aka Elite. Elite opened up at Meso and then became Panda’s brewer. It was around the same time that Panda’s gear was discovered to have the same hairs Elite’s gear experienced. Then out comes the news of the bust. Fast forward to about December 18 or January 19 and I have a bro on Meso PM’ing me saying he just got an email from Elite, saying Panda lied and he was never busted and decided to go private and was reaching out to his former customers. This brother was afraid to go public because he thought it could be LE. A couple others came forward and posted publicly on Meso in the Elite thread saying they got the same email. This all happened while Roop/Tone/Elite was in jail. That’s what I have and I’m not posting private convos or linking things to Meso. Take it or leave it bro.

Edit - I believe it’s ASF where Panda exposed Roop as Tone and Elite
