I have to say this has had me down the whole day. I was really bonding with the brothers and that really was helping me get in better shape and out of my shell a bit.
Fucked up that someone provided a great platform to get people together and bond in health and shit like this happens when there is so much other shit going on in the world and evil shit.
I pray for him and everyone in this forum who takes the time to look out for us guys which is why i became a donor. Riggs has been great and all the brothers who have supported me since i started my journey in health..

I know. i was sad to see my log gone.. sometimes i'll end up having to go through it to see if something worked or not or, just anything if i am questioning something. but, whatever... safety first!

continue your log in the other section and keep it going. i'm sure all the guys will come back
