My understanding is not unless they can stick a distribution charge on you. Provided they have the kingpin. But I’m by no means a vet that’s just what I’ve understood.

I’m not even a customer but I’ve been sick all day about this. I truly hope it works out in the best possibly way for anyone caught up in this. Can’t imagine what’s going through PLs mind right now. Prayers headed that way.

I'm working very closely with BOP staff, doing my own research and also working very closely with JD.

The moment I have some actual facts to share and not assumptions I will post why I feel is pertinent.

Yes brother I couldn’t agree with you more. Let this rest.. it is what it is at this point. The OP will update with any news as I am sure Riggs will as well. And I am not dickriding by saying this... for the love of god Leave the guy alone. I know he has jumped on me a few times for stupid shit and has roped me back on the straight and narrow but the man has enough to deal with then answering PM’s and policing this thread. Yeah you told people not to order but you didnt really warn them of any danger. You should have came out and said do not answer any emails or even try to ask PL any questions. Just like I told you privately. But what was your response? Maybe you were just spooked but your concern was for yourself and not the community. There was zero reason to be "discreet"

All that really doesnt matter but the point I want to make to everybody is, don't trust anybody and when the shit hits the fan, nobody is worried about you. People talk a big game and might seem like a "great guy" in PMs or tossed you a couple free bottles. At the end of the day you have to always have your guard up. And this goes for anybody you deal with not specifically talking about Riggs.
