No its not. That's what you would get having over a certain weight for personal use.
Bro it's up to 25 if the charge is kingpin, manufacturering & or distro.
And it's a Fed offense so there is no such thing as early parole. It's day for day in a Federal prison.

Everyone needs to quit whining about being out a few hundred dollars you need too remember this shit is illegal we are all taking a risk. Sooner or later you are going to loose money weither something like this happens and you dont recieve your pack, customs snags your pack, or in my case you buy bunk gear from a scammer lab. Just remember A very good man is paying the price for helping people out he is the one that's hurting not you. I would give up thousands of dollars in a heart beat not to be in his situation.
