Thread: Here we go again

So many of these fuckers do it "for the gram". I just don't get it. Some kid took over this flat bench so he could set up his phone in a shoe to record him doing curls. I really scratched my head on that one. I went and did curls next to him with double the weight just to mess with his video and it wasn't even arm day for me. I'll be waiting on my instagram royalties.... now that I type this out I realize I'm a dick


I read that article earlier today and I think it said something like 23 tons of raws were picked up. That's crazy.
