Noticed one tidbit in the Controlled Delivery/Exectution of search warrant section; mentioning the person who "signed for the package". My question is do Controlled Deliveries involve even whether or not the item required a signiature?

So why not weigh it before it leaves the first place, send the exact weight to whomever is buying it? Then when they get it, make sure it weighs that exact weight. If it doesnt dont open it. Put it back out and say that it was delivered to the wrong person?

Just a thought about how to figure it out, without opeing it. You could come out the do, block the mailbox and weigh it right then. Not the correxct weight? run after the mailman/lady and say hey this isnt mine. Before the feds have a chance.
