      Pack seized, now what?

So my international pack has been stuck in customs for 6 days now and the consensus is that it's a write off unfortunately I've been offered a reship, but I have nowhere else to get this sent so should I open a PO box now or what? My concern is if I open a PO box I'll be giving my name and address out and makes sense to me that the reship will get popped as well because of same name/city on pack regardless of address change. This is northern customs I'm referring to btw.

I'd really appreciate some feedback on this fellas.

I've seen packs sit in customs over 2 weeks get delivered. If youre willing to open a p.o. I would do that. If your gear can fit in a p.o. box I don't think they give a fuck

It's a VERY small order, but I'm sure the packaging is a lot larger you know what I mean? I'll wait it out and see what happens, fingers crossed here.

I don't think they save your info but your area may just be hard to get packs through

I thought that one of my last international shipments got seized cuz it took allot longer than the other international shipment that i did at the same time.

I wrote it off as seized and a few days later it just showed up.

Wait and see if u can. U need the seizure letter to get a reship anyway.

I do po box for all my gear shipments.

Hopefully that is the case. I've been offered a reship already, but I'll wait a few more days.

I've seen packs get stopped in customs and sit for months. Sometimes it's just the nature of the game. Unless you get a seizure letter or it goes past 90 days, it's still moving along. If it did start moving after 2 or 3 months, you may not want to accept that bad boy when it shows up though.

At least wait til monday. You know canadian mail is slow. It might sit in customs for 2 weeks. If you havent recieved a letter from customs. Dont sweat it. Some international packs take 2 months. And. You should have a p.o. box.

Few other people who've ordered from the same place had their packs zoom thru customs so my pack was nabbed for sure. Reship sent to new location so hopefully no problems with that one. If the original does show up I'm very tempted to turn it away or just let it sit unclaimed at the post office!

I had a package seized a few months ago. The tracking said processed through customs NY for 8 days and on the 9th day I received a seziure letter from Homeland Security. I had my reship package sent to a different address and it made it without a issue.
