      I am trying to put on a few more lbs in the first four weeks so right now I'm not eating as clean as I will the last 6 weeks. I was gonna run an 8 week cycle but I changed my mind and I'm gonna run a 10-12 week diet. Right now I'm just making sure I hit my protein and proper carb intake and cut out as much sodium as I can along with no fast food. I'm gonna start pre making my meals for work as soon as I can get to whole food this week. So I will update my diet as soon as I get it down and in order this week. But today makes 7 days I've been on gear and I can def feel it running thru my veins

      Yeah it's going on two weeks I've been on test prop 100mg eod tren ace eod 500mg test E a week and var 50mg day. My first week I put on 5 lbs and felt good and like I was getting that swole feeling but now I feel like I'm losing it. I just weighed myself when I woke up. Dry weight with nothing on is 208. I'm thinking of upping the var to 75mg day maybe 100 starting this weekend and also tweeking my diet a little bit and running the tren ace with the tren E alittle longer than I planned to achieve my goals. I wil have major diet info this weekend Bc I am hooking up with a buddy of mine who once had a world record for bench press and is gonna help me out. The test is def gtg because I am hornyy as hell and my girl is always like geez babe again lol. will update again soon

      208 and that's still the right direction . I wonder if the hard labor is eating up your calories ?
      I would say Eat More !! More Often too . Throw in some BCAA's during the day .
      Your lean for your height and should look better at 215 plus .

      Yeah I am having the same issue but I cannot chase the wife around naked because her step daughter is here.lol

      Yeah the gear is def good my problem is eating enough Bc of the type of work I do. But I'm going to get together with a buddy of mine who is a pro powerlifter who has been helping me train since I was 13 and Is gonna hook me up with a diet plan to go with my job and my cycle Bc I need to get more protein and calories in me.

      What kind of work do you do that you can't pack food???? So you have to eat McDonald's or something??

      It's not that I can't pack food. I can pack whatever I may like but I'm only allowed a 10 minute break from 930-940, and half hour from 12-1230. I wake up at 5 and I'm out the door by 6 but I'm not hungry when I first wake up so I'll eat something on 930 break and usually when 12 rolls Round I'm starving except On hot summer days which are coming I'm not nearly as hungry after busting my back all morning. But I'm getting a good new diet put together this weekend
