Calves or shoulders? Wife and I are doing legs twice a week now and has made some big changes this winter with calf size. Current cycle now I can see veins coming through my quads. Kinda freaky looking. If it ever warms up here I might be able to wear shorts lol. Shoulder are tough for me. My profession has taken a toll on shoulders over the years but NPP has really helped with discomfort

Oh calves. Im blessed with my shoulders lol. I do have veins in the calves but they are nowhere where I want them. My knees are jacked so I hope NPP helps it out

Same here I was lucky enough to have a decent frame to start with, good shoulders. Despite the fact they fucking hurt now lol. NPP has helped me a ton with joint pain. Hoping the GH I recently started makes more improvements. Traveling for work today. Will check in later. Have a good one!
