Here I need to clarify that you can contact with bigrobert for all matter such as free cycle,technology of product cooking,order ,etc...... because Bigroert is my REP.and I am not very familiar with the forum,and also because of the time diference, bigrobert will convey all infor to me as soon as he can. but if you like you also can contact me directly. if you guys have order detail problem such as inquiry,payment ,delivery ....etc,you can contact me directly to my email box. because I am very familiar with order detail and will reply the first time. also you can contact with Bigrobert if you like he will send it to me.
