There are indeed hundreds of things that can go wrong even with the best of labs. However, most of them can influence the quantitative parameters, ie. mg/ml and 15% is rather extreme and bad luck.
They don't cause the content to go down 90%, switch compound or make a compound disappear at all.
I am not saying this all is not my fault - it 100% is and I am taking steps to prevent this from happening ever again. That along with a refund is all I can do.

As mentioned in the quoted post - it wouldn't cause 90% variance from the true result.
Also, HGH testing is free of errors such as these - there is no weighting involved at all.
