Monster update
Just an FYI, I did get my order from Monster today. Everything was there, shipped discreetly, packaged well. I always hoped they would come thru but, the communication was honestly total shit.

Their comm is usually good I wonder what happened brother? Glad u got ur pack and everything is gtg but I agree communication is important.

I received an email saying my order shipped and would arrive in 3 days. That would be today. Hopefully I have a nice surprise waiting on me when I get home. Glad you got yours. All's well that ends well.

I had great customer service response from these guys.... The only thing that did occur was that two different people had messaged me.... One, not knowing the current situation, and contradicting what i had been told previously multiple times. But, It was quickly resolved and a completely minor misunderstanding. I mean they literally were answering me at least once a day for a week... It was my first time using bit, and i had a buddy do it, well needless to say, the trans got put on hold, and due to weekend and a holiday on monday, stuff got delayed even longer. They were completely understanding. And, as soon as they received the payment, three days later TD!!!

I tried one not that long ago and it was awesome. They finally added one in my area so I was pumped. Couldn’t believe how easy it was though. Scan wallet, add cash and phone, boom done. Small fee wasn’t bad either.

I love it. Only down side is it’s in the hood. Nothing like trying to feed a wad of cash into a machine with 5 hood rats eyeballing you.
