What's up brothers, wondering your take on hmb, any bros take it and what dosage u would recommend, I've read 5grams a day.

I liked it when coming back after time off, and I'll probably use it again when off cycle. Noticed slight strength and endurance improvement similar to creatine. All the studies I've read say that its most effective in untrained individuals, and somewhat less so in conditioned athletes.

I played around with HMB last year... I took 12g a day and it made a fucking world of difference.
At the time I had a great hook up on it, but pricing is such an issue. 12-15g a day can be really pricy. 450g a month can cost a shit ton. But I am going to tell you this is one of the few supps I believe really really works. But you must take 10+ grams a day
