I believe it's an Amino Acid that is good for spasms or back pumps.

I ordered it from amazon I think, it was cheap....

Lower back pumps BLOW
1.5 gallon h2o,
3k+ taurine,
magnesium 300mg
potassium 300mg
large Gatorade peri/post WO mixed with BCAA also

i had debilitating back pumps, this cured it for me.
