      I always drink 2 scoops of ON Pro complex first thing in the morning with a handful of blueberries in the blender and post workout..
      Definitely Helps with recovery and I don't have the time to always make breakfast.

      Protein and carbohydrate consumption after exercise can offset cortisol response. Hence the pre/post workout shake.

      My Physique looks and feels the best when I'm eating lots and lots of whole foods and supplementing my diet with 1 or maybe even two shakes a day . I put oatmeal , spinach , frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, peanut butter , 2% milk , and of course 2 scoos protein in my shakes .

      Great read, thanks PAiN. I try to get mine by food intake but I do also try to take 60 grams a day by shake. Kind of a nice snack really when I'm
