My Physique looks and feels the best when I'm eating lots and lots of whole foods and supplementing my diet with 1 or maybe even two shakes a day . I put oatmeal , spinach , frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, peanut butter , 2% milk , and of course 2 scoos protein in my shakes .
