      Pre-workout Caffiene - Instant Coffee

      A good pre-workout supplement I just was hearing about is something I never thought of.

      Instant coffee, Via (starbucks) in particular because its microground and high in caffeine content. Taking like 2-3 packets just prior to strength testing/working out.

      Also another good one, munching on chocolate covered coffee beans just prior to working out.

      i been drinkin coffee pre wo for years it works well, but make sure that u have drank plenty of water during the day and stretch, i learned the hard way

      I usually drink a couple cups in the morning and then about 300 mg.an hour before my workout. Kickstarts my workout good!!!
