      I've read that TNE works the best and makes you a beast in the gym. 1-1.5 hrs before hitting the iron. Anybody agree???

      I would agree with that cookie. Stamina and focus both improve dramatically with some good suspension or tne 1 - 1.5 before your workout .
      If your anything like me be ready to sweat a lot!
