Exactly what it says! I'm on a few sites and I remember back a little there were so many threads and new posts daily that you couldn't keep up. Now it's maybe one thread a day if that..

I'd like to get back to the original thread as I'm interested as to the most popular supps that people use and reliability... but just for clarification... im not saying there's not lots of good info on here, but continuous up to date info , thoughts, news.... is always nice! To look down posts and see only a few from recent and then a bunch from yrs ago.. just not the same (older outdated stuff).. thanks bros
All u have to do is start a thread and ask there's new supps comming out every day it seems like..
I use Afterglow post workout or Aftershock both seem to aid my recovery!
8 posts since February 2013? Really bro your going to start off saying your not impressed because YOU DON'T THINK OTHERS POST??? HA! That's pretty fucking funny! BTW, I like TNE pre-workout! I also take fish oil, flax, baby aspirin, NAC, Cialis, Milk Thistle and protein daily...
