Thread: Reaction??

I have been having ephidrine( 23mg)green tea and an aspirin(for heart) for about 2 weeks. Have added horny goat weed by prolab and about 20mins after my skin starts itching and feels very hot.

Horny goat weed:
Niacin 80mg
Horny goat weed 500mg
Maca 4:1 250mg
Tribulus terrestris 250mg
Gingko biloba extract 120mg
Yohimbe extract 100mg

Anyone know of why these reactiona would occur? Im thinking maybe yohimbe

More then likely its the niacin. It will give u a flush feeling to face, ears, arm..

Question is, why are you supplementing all this stuff in the first place?

To keep metabolism cranking while fasting and cutting as much as can

Eph, aspirin and yohimbe I get. But the rest is pretty much useless and makes things rather complicated.

The other stuff that is in horny goat weed is good for my brain and emotions
