Kratom - The Miracle Leaf
Let talk about the benefits of kratom.
PAIN KILLING:
I've been using kratom for a little over 6 months now.
I have chronic knee pain due to a rare injury where my quadricep tendon was severed directly off my patella. This type of quad tear only constitutes 1% of quad tears. I also have a detached ACL, and multiple meniscus tears. Kratom is a miracle leaf in that it kills pain more effectively than ******** but is no more addictive than caffeine.
If used responsibly, meaning a few days a week, there is no down side to kratom.
ENERGY:
Kratom is unique in that when used in low doses it gives one loads of sustained energy. My favorite kratom strain for energy is MAENG DA. A little Maeng Da upon waking and I'm energized all day making my work day incredibly productive! A little Maeng Da mixed with some Red Thai or Bali preworkout and I'm energized and pain free.
Kratom is the best preworkout I've ever used!!!
ANXIETY:
I was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. I have always suffered with anxiety which has made it difficult for me to feel comfortable in social settings.
Kratom completely removes anxiety all together. Within the first few days of using kratom at the gym I met several incredibly hot women, 2 of them models. I would have never had the confidence to do this before kratom, it blows my mind how much kratom has improved the quality of my life.
DIETING:
Kratom has made my precontest diet the easiest of my bodybuilding career. I started my dieting just before learning about kratom. It makes it so much easier. I'm always in a great mood, and I don't get the cravings I used to get precontest. My body fat is down to 5% and I feel amazing!
KRATOM's BENEFITS:
Pain relief (analgesic)
Reduced anxiety
Increased metabolism
Increased sexual performance and desire
Calming of opiate withdrawal
Control of blood sugar levels
Lowered blood pressure
Anti-oxidant cell protection
Anti-viral protection
Anti-bacterial protection
Overall immunity boost
Kratom contains over 20 times the number of antioxidants of green tea.
Long term kratom users often boast that they haven't had a cold/ flu in years.
The health and longevity benefits of kratom are numerous!!!.

I totally agree with everything you have said Johnjuanb1. I love it and not sure how often I should take the Maeng Dae. I have been using it as pre workout at 2 days on it and 1 day off. But I have read on about 5 websites about side effects and they all say to use it only 1 time a week. Is this being a little to conservative? I am guessing that it effects people differently, but I do get a tolerance pretty fast. I read a review that you can use 1 strain on 1 day and use another strain the next from getting a tolerance. I am going to get the red vein and see how it goes alternating days. Anyways I love the Maeng Dae!

Alternating strains does help keep from building a tolerance. I have my aunt using kratom 3 times a week with no tolerance build up. I put her on ZEN which is a blend of 6 strains. She only uses it preworkout and loves the energy and happy feeling she has all day.
Red Vein Thai will kill pain extremely well and is quite euphoric, but taken alone preworkout will make you tired. I stacked Maeng Da with red Thai and also added green Malaysian this morning.
Tbe more energizing strains are Maeng Da, white vein, and green Malaysian. The relaxing strains are red Vein Thai, super Indo, Bali, enhanced Bali. I particularly like ZEN because it has everything in it which is a real nice feeling while hitting legs or a tough muscle at the gym. Horned Maeng Da is another great preworkout. It energizes you and kills pain.

I take it everyday twice a day. The down side is mild withdrawals similar to coffee is you stop use after a few months. But there are other herbs you can take while on a break from kratom that reduces opiate like withdrawals and simaltaneously energize you like ashwagandha, bacopa, and rhodiola rosea. I know using kratom a few days a week will lead to no sides but I love what kratom has done for my life so I'm happy using kratom everyday, and accept if I need a break I may feel groggy and cranky for a few days.

Kratom Energy...
The reason kratom gives energy is because it has alkyloids in it that are adrenergic.
Adrenergic means "working on adrenaline (epinephrine) or noradrenaline ( norepinephrine)".
The following kratom alkyloid, Mitragynine, makes up roughly 66% of the alkyloid content in kratom and it is adrenergic.

So maeng dae along with white vein is probably the best energizing kratom. I am trying to get the best preworkout that is the best energizing. I am on horned maeng dae right now and from what I have read the white vein seems to be a little better than the green Malaysian. I do not need a relaxing kratom because I take medications that take care of my sleeping.

I love horned Maeng Da preworkout for both energy and pain relief. White vein is essentially a weaker version of Maeng Da but it's a good strain to mix in.
Kratom contains two alkyloids that are vasodialators, Mitraphylline and Rhynchophylline, which explains why you get a great pump when using kratom preworkout.

Thanks Brother, you have a lot of knowledge about kratom and peptides. I am studying peptides for future purposes and you will be my go to sponsor.
