Thread: Ephedra VS Synephrine

There's been so much back and forth debate over these two compounds. Which one do you prefer and why?


I personally like ephedra, but I think synephrine is much smoother

What do you mean by smoother? Are you talking about the side effects? I have had ephedra but never Synephrine.

It seems to offer a bit more of a linear "up" and "down". Also, synephrine seems to cause less jitteriness. Most people do concur that ephedra is more potent, but I just think synephrine is more user friendly.

I definitely not a fan of the anxiety and jittery feeling! I'm gonna have give it a try then, I assume you guys carry that product?
