Bulk nutrients cookies n cream is the bom. Not to expensive either. I dont use it after work outs. Im a believer in whole foods but i use it in my protein pancakes in the morning. Cant get enough of em. Its the only meal i look forward 2 lol

I do a smoothie after workouts with 2 scoops chocolate protein/half cup of oats/1tbs natty PB with some water and ice blended. After 30-40mins its another meal which is usually 5 eggs as a last meal before bed. For anyone that has not tried it Divine Nutrition has a really good tasting protein but its pricey as hell.

I use Dymatize ISO-100 with skim or aftershock immediately after the workout on the drive home form gym and always follow up with a nutritious meal within an hour.
