I just eat whole food when its time to eat. No shakes during the day. I have a choc casein shake before bed just cause I like it not for any other reason. Tastes like a milk shake

      Thanks Kubes.

Do you have many other supplements like BCAA and Pre work outs or just stick to whole foods?

I've got optimum nutrition whey gold standard extreme milk chocolate.

Best tasting protein powder ever even with plain water

Optimum nutrition is the best tasting for sure. Expensive as hell though. I've been using syntha 6, it's $45 for 5lbs with shipping off of amazon. It's my second choice under optimum nutrition. I use it pre and post workout during the week. Then eat about 30 to 45 minutes later.

I have tried every dam protein powder and they all make me bloat and sit on the toilet for hours. So i gave up on them. I can drink milk eat cheese etc so dont really know why i cant do powders.
Now i just eat like a fuking animal haha if im in a pinch for time or need a little extra protein i have brown rice protein but thats not very often. Tastes like ass but doesn't make me sick.

      Peace
      Benozz

Just checked out syntha 6 in Australia.

Only $20 difference here so ill stick with gold standard.

      Syntha 6 is $130 aud for 10lb.

      Thanks for the info mate.

I do drink a pre workout for energy and often eat a quest bar right after I train. That's about it though the rest is just whole food. I like to make my body burn more calories digesting the whole food
