Don't know about tablets. But there are peptides that claim to do that.

      TB-500
      PEG-MGF
      BPC 157
      IGF-1 LRG

Thanks mksb! I'll do some research on them. Started having persistent pain in both of my elbows (the tendons). I think my arms just hate me.

Most people will say it's prob tendinosis and rest is ur only way to fix it. But I've heard people having good results from the peps.
      Good luck bro!

I had a surgery on my right arm/elbow back in 2010/2011. It was chronic tendonitis with several tears in the tendon and diseased tissue. My Orthopedic sports surgeon did a lateral epicondyle debridgement and reattachment (he's actually the Notre Dame football team orthopedic doctor).

I have 2 pins in my right elbow holding the tendon to the bone. I had an MRI about 1.5 years ago on both arms. The left shows several micro tears. The right showed a lot of scar tissue inside my arm that is causing some inflammation. My surgeon said I'll probably need another surgery on one or both arms within 10 years.

I was actually fine...hardly any pain.. Until about 3 weeks ago when I went from doing 12-15 reps on my sets to lifting heavy and doing 4-8 reps. So I'm gonna switch back to higher reps and lower weights. Sucks because I (muscles) respond very well to heavier weights.

      Sounds like hell!
BPC 157 is prob the best one for you. But in saying that I've never read anything on people taking it. Just some research stuff and this one is a miracle worker on rats when it comes to tendons fingers cross it's the same for you.
If u do end up using it let us know how it goes! Be interesting to see its just as good on humans.

Hav read reviews on people using TB500 for tendinosis with positive results

Hav to take a vial (5mg) a week for first 4 weeks, then one vial every 4weeks after that as a top up.
It would come out to roughly $800 to run for a yr.
I've seen tb for just under $50 in Aus.
Can you run gh for a yr at $800?

Vial is 2mg and above $160 for pharm grade and have to take it 4 times a week for the first month then maintainence for a year. You run 3iu a day pharma Gh for a month with no lifting and see which works better only saying as I have personally seen both methods
