ON Gold Standard, I find to to be very light on the stomach doesn't make me feel too full

I use isopure and usually just Vitamine Shoppe brand whey protein. But sometimes Kosko will have a good deal on a name brand. I was getting muscle milk cheap out there in I think 5lb resell able bags
