Homemade PreWorkout!
Alright guys here I have a homemade pre workout I made and tried for myself... SO cheap and a lot better for you. No added sugars, fillers, etc.
Recipe for 1 serving:
Caffeine 400-600mg
L-Arginine 4g
Beta-Alanine 6g (I take 6... but usually its 2-4 recommended. i love the tingles)
Creatine 5g (optional)
I mix this in 6oz of juice or mix a little powerade zero powder with water.
