High doses of stimulants can also effect the adrenal cortex which is very important. Abuse of pre workouts could end up effecting stress hormones such as cortisol and even blood pressure. Definitely try and have 2 weeks off all caffeine every 1-2 months. So no coffee, tea, coke etc either. You will notice a massive difference in regards to response after a long break. Having shorter breaks will give you back sensitivity but you will lose it fairly quickly once you start the stimulants again. This is a reason why I recommend rotating between 2-3 products too. Perhaps a stronger stimulant for legs etc and more of a pump product for arms day as an example. Everyone is different but I personally thought nitraflex was crap. Although it gets really good reviews. I even tried their newer one called PMP and it felt just like nitraflex just slightly stronger. Both were a disappointment to me but again everyone is different.
just touched base with my coach he said the same thing I started cort rx an Australia cortisol blocker, I'm competing in 14 weeks so its bit iffy I'm going to take 3 weeks off, what I can't even have tea?? I've got R1 lean no stimulant fat burner, is that ok? Or completely lol

I am running the Epiq Stryke. It is pretty good , except it tastes bitter. I am trying to get off pre workout altogether. IDK just personal preference.

I would recommend getting your cortisol tested to see where it is. Cortisol is important and you don't want it too low. AAS can lower cortisol levels too. I also recommend vitamin c. There are quite a few things that help but don't take something unless you need it. Chances are levels will rise during prep but I would get tested if you can. Tea will be fine just don't overdo the stimulants for too long. If you are using stimulants (tabs/powders) taking a way things like tea/coffee will definitely help matters. The non stimulant fat burner will be fine.

When I was training before my back injury, I had direct connections in with SAN Nutrition. I was taking Fierce Domination. It worked pretty well, but had a little too much caffein for me. I don't do well with high stims. Then, I got in directly with Nubreed Nutrition. I was introduced to Undisputed. I fell in love!!!! It had a low stim, but the mental focus was exactly what I needed. It also helped with adding in a few more reps. I also used Nubreed's Helix BCAA's...AMAZING!!!!
I had my own side supplement business I ran from my home. Due to my direct relationships, I was able to try all sorts of products from SAN, Nubreed, and Blackstone Labs. SAN and Nubreed was (and still are) superior products. Expensive compared to a lot, but the quality made it well worth it.
Nubreed Nutrition no longer makes Undisputed, but their replacement is a great product...Whiplash.

The other day I tried Grenade's .50 Caliber Pre-Workout for the 2nd time. It's fireball flavour and some will love this whilst others will hate. I don't mind it and it's the first time I have ever had a hot/chilli flavoured preworkout. It's profile is good and includes 4g pure l-citrulline, 2g beta-alanine (as Carnosyn), 50mcg huperzine a plus a 4 stage energy profile including 400mg caffeine from 3 forms and 60mg P-Synephrine. The energy and pumps are great with this product and it delivers in all areas. I would probably give it an 8.5/10.
The rest of the week I have mainly been using Hyphy Mud 2.0. It's definitely my current favourite pre workout. I have been mixing it with 1 scoop of Dynamik's Gamma Ray. GR contains no stimulants and is just a pump product so the combination is amazing. I might even try HM 2.0 and 5% Nutrition's Full as Fuck as that is much better than Gamma Ray for pumps. I will be ordering both of those again so can experiment with dosages of each. Pretty much 1 scoop of FAF is all you need and add that to 1-2 scoops of HM 2.0 and you should have a winning combo.
Today I will be swopping over to 2 scoops of Universal's Shock Therapy.

Everyone processes caffeine differently but definitely take this 7 hours+ before going to bed.
Yeah that's why I workout in the morning now I can't sleep whenever I take stims for my afternoon workouts I just need to cut them out before 10 am no matter how weak they are
