Personally I think the use of all these preworkout supps is unhealthy so for me I have a big meal 2 hours pre training and 30 minutes pre it's 50mg dbol and some test/tren base and off I go

Lmao, I don't know if this was meant to be a joke or sarcasm or not but it made me laugh.

No stimulants for me I prefer to stick to "just" anabolic steroids bc I'm health conscious.

I’ll sound like I’m shilling for this product but this shit is so effective it’s scary. I actually stopped using it because I usually work out during my work lunch hour and I can’t possibly burn off all this energy in one hour, and risk coming back to the office and decapitating someone.

50-100mg bronkaid© 1 hr before 200-400 caffeine plus 50 mg TNE.

Absolutely not touchable with store bought supplements.

Well its better to limit the harmful crap we do take, so I get that. I actually dont drink caffeine period except for what's in my pre workout. No coffee, no tea, no soda.

I guess I use the pre-workout as a motovation to get into the "go to the gym" mentality. When I lack motivation I start drinking it and it usually keeps me from backing out.

I have ordered a few products and should have them soon. 2 (1 is a sample) very well rated products but I doubt most (or even anyone) have heard of them on here. I hadn't heard of either and was just scanning a UK site and came across them. I will post about them when I receive. The other product I bought is one I have used before but I really like it so figured try it again. It's 5%'s 5150 and I ordered passion fruit flavour. It gets mixed reviews but it felt great to me so I was happy to get it again. I don't know how the other 2 will be but I know that is good so I will have something good to fall back on. I am having a clean out and throwing most of my tubs away as many have hardened up. I also gave Mesomorph away to a friend as I didn't like it.
