      2 scoops of Dr Jeckyl low stim effect decent pump forearms are jacked after 4 sets of forearm rollers & 4 sets of wrist curls . Would use on smaller bodyparts for a little fun probably keep a tub in the pantry when looking for a little pump over energy.

      Nsain from nutrishop worked really good for me it was like (liquid crack) haha the pump was nice all though made me sweat like a pig! I started sweating just walking in the gym! Strength cartel deadgame is actully good had me going stayed focused as far as pump not sure was running EQ and i seem to get a pump just warming up in the gym when im running EQ perfomix driven was also good just the regular pre workout they have i belive its ION they also have another one cant remeber name but its in a white bottle supped to give you a crazy pump cost about 89.99 way to much for no pump.... but ive also become immune to preworkout time to take a few months off 😒

      I remember when Jack3d (the original) was banned, myself and a friend bought 24 tubs of it on ebay and divided it. After we sold off a few, gave them to friends, and used what we had, it felt weird and abnormal going to the gym without it. Fuck it made me feel like an addict. These days all i take for preworkout is caffeine...

      How are people getting on with their pre workouts? Any good ones over the last 2 months? Any new ones you have tried that have just come out?

      I was just using my various powders I have had awhile. I did go away so had a break and carried that on when I first come back. Although I will admit the break didn't last as long as I wanted. Last night I wanted to train but was feeling drained so thought I would use some pre workout. EWP was great when I first used it but as mentioned in the past it's effectiveness went down. Others I have are great all of the time. As a result of the 3 week break I decided to try 1.5 scoops of EWP and it was amazing. Great energy, focus and well being and it made a massive difference.

      Customs have messed up my bb.com order and they have sent it back to the UK. Very annoyed as I ordered over 1 month ago In my order I had some new pre workouts to try out but I guess they will have to wait. I may order from somewhere else tonight as I want to try some new ones. Although I am curious about any new ones you guys have used before I order. Thanks

      Using up some of the ones i had stockpiled . With the milder ones i am putting 5 or 6 scoops in a 1.25 L bottle of water & taking as much as i need , this approach seems to be working atleast i am getting something from them. These include EWP, C4,yeah buddy,5150....

      My 2 top ones are still The one black label V2.0 & hyde , i will be trying savage roar next up for giggles & shits

      You think 5150 is weak? 5 or 6 scoops is loads. Maybe 3 and drink it before and during training but 5 or 6 seems way overboard. Taking that much would probably have the opposite effect and just mess up cortisol levels unnecessarily. I have just ordered yeah buddy as I heard it was good... you didn't like it?

      Do you have many breaks? It sounds like you should have about 3 weeks off stimulants. If you are so stimed all the time I imagine most new products wouldn't perform well. Even just 1 week off makes a huge difference to me. Savage roar is great though so you should like that a lot. I would also recommend nitronox pro.

      putting 5 or 6 scoops in the bottle m8, not having the whole bottle just what i need to feel them. Havent done this with 5150 yet but have used this approach with yeah buddy & C4 & am getting something from them when b4 @ the recommended dose wasnt getting much at all. My highest dose of C4 before doing like this was 3 scoops & yeah buddy was 2. Did this approach with both & was pleasantly pleased
