I done that for years with fantastic results. The ingredients can be cheap but they can also be expensive. It depends what you choose. I used to use the likes of high dosed citrulline malate, agmatine sulfate, taurine, l-norvaline, glycerol, caffeine, pycnogenol etc. So it can work out expensive but sure if you bang in a lot of creatine, arginine, caffeine etc you are good to go and it's super cheap. These pre workjouts don't cost me much so I don't mind paying for them and I love my supplements. They are not essential in the slightest just one of the things I like to get

Try hyde bro you will love. I have actually had two scoops of it very powerful mayb a bit too powerful. One didnt do much, tried 1.5 last time seems to be the sweet spot for me.

I will do matey. I may try Insane Labz Psychotic as well as I heard that is very strong.

Tonight I done just over 1 scoop of Savage Roar and 1 scoop of Gamma Ray and it felt great. It hit me just getting in the gym and my only thought was lift as heavy as humanly possible... great workout
