Absolutely, tudca & NAC are so vital especially if you use orals. I also like fish oils (epa/Dha), olive leaf extract (for immune system), Hawthorne berry (for bp), and a combo to keep insulin resistance down which is: berberine, turmeric, r-ala & milk thistle. By adding the other 3 supps to berberine it increases its effectiveness by 6 times I believe meaning you get a better nutrient partitioning effect then using berberine alone. Just to note I cut milk thistle out once I start running orals and just use berberine, turmeric and r-ala

Those both look pretty good. I like the fact there’s multiple pills rather then one claiming to fit a million things in there.

Personally I like animal pak. It’s tried and true, stood the test of time and I like that it gives me 9-10 horse pills. Makes me feel like everything is properly dosed in there

No doubt I understand that. In that case I like Myogenix better. I’m skeptical of brands like allmax. It’s more commercial which usually means they skimp and cut corners on quality
