Well then, my brother. I say let's raise a glass to free-thinkers who are outside the box....
Or maybe just not let in the house any more, lol
Cheers, bro!

I have a bottle of the tabs. I'm wondering now after reading this if these would be a good alternative before bed vs. a shake?

From my takeaway and research and now hearing Prime's approach, I would think the tabs would be better before bed and early morning fast while the powder would be better pre, intra-, and post work out.
Prime you agree?

Honestly I would do both. Think of amino acids as the foundation of your protein and other protein sources (chicken, fish, steak, whey isolate) as the structure. By doing both you’re giving your protein a sound foundation to structurally build off of. If that makes sense.
Also I would suggest if you can to add some healthy fats in with that shake & tabs before bed. It slows the absorption of your protein down hence feeding your body longer during sleep so you won’t be catabolic for as long which is inevitable when you sleep unless you’re waking up at 2am to slam another meal

Nailed it BB...
Tabs are better for morning or night because they’ll take a little longer to release via breakdown through the stomach which is fine. However intra & post workout you want them to hit your system as fast as possible so powder would be the way to go in that situation.

I highly suggest so. It’s a great tool to add to your arsenal and can be used year round regardless of if you’re bulking or cutting. It’s one of the few supplements I believe are worth investing in and using.

Completely agree, man. This plus multi vit, TUDCA, and NAC is all I put money into beyond whole foods.
