      Unjury protein powder

My wife works in the medical field, I work construction and getting all my meals is hard at times. She bought me home a tub of it to try. Awsome taste. Anyone else tried it before? It's spendy and want some reviews before I waste my money

It's regular Whey Protein Isolate. There's nothing special about it. I'd look around and see if you can find any Whey Isolate that's cheaper in bulk.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

Isolate is the good stuff. Agreed with bulk tho don't get suckered into over paying for brand names

Generally the better they taste the shitter they are

You want to look at the nutritional values.. specifically the % of protien and carbs.. generally you would want lower to no carbs.. also if they have an amino acid breakdown available you want the one with the highest leucine

Brand names usually taste nicer.. they focus more on taste than nutritional quality..

The better ones are the bulk ones.. but don't taste as good.. but you are putting a superior product into yourself

Me.. i don't care how bad something tastes of I know its good for me

I should note.. never heard of 'unjury protien powder'

They use it here, in the states at hospitals mostly. For people who have weight loss surgery or can't digest regular food. Noticed you are from Oz. Lived Adelaide, well happy valley to be exact for 3 years.

Lol nice.. yeh we have a good range of protein to choose from, even the NZ grass fed whey... Hospital stuff can't be bad i guess, but its probably more expensive simply from being a 'hospital' product.
