It's the best liver detoxifier I have ever used. It's also great for cortisol levels and just a general health elixir. I would recommend 2ml am/pm when on cycle or using orals. You can drink it so it's easy to use. When off cycle I recommend 2ml pre bed just to keep you protected all year.

don't forget to add in natural healthy fats mainly omega 3. Omega 3 does great things for the liver
