It was good for carbs i would take it with creatine and protein there is another used by cyclist I forgot the name i think dextrose

A little better than malto dextrin and not as good as highly branched cyclic dextrin! Mix this in periworkout shakes for carb sources... wont bloat u as bad as malto... has a more 'systematic' release of glucose as apposed to malto which releases alot all at once! Its cheaper than HBCD but just a lil more than malto... derived from corn i believe(WM)

WM is corn sugar starch etc. its best used when taking SLIN. Fast quick uptake of fast sugars......
