      Its important to note that protein supplements are just that. They supplement your daily protein requirements. In the end we all know that nothing beats or substitutes for real food.

      Also important to note that its worth shopping around as some of the cheaper brands can be better than the more expensive brands and also look at the bulk powder suppliers, again normally cheaper by volume and just missing the packaging you get with the expensive brands.

      I dont really consider protein powder a supplement its pretty much liquid food, its a maceo that you body will use just fine as if it came from egg white or chicken breast
