I'm telling you, accutane is the shit... it works from the inside out and gets the root of the acne, not working jut topically. I wouldnt waste $ of a ton of products when one and maybe some good body wash for sensitive skin. That's all.

Was having the same thing on. Ack shoulders and upper arms tried all the washes and creams it would work a bit but not enough. It just so happens that my wife had to go in to the hospital for a procedure and they wanted her to bath in "Hibiclens" it kills the bacteria on the body. Efore surgery and all it takes is a few drops mixed in with your normal soap. I tried using it and said what the hell. Sometimes even if I don't have visible acne my skin still feels rough and has a lot of non visible bumps due to my pores being clogged. I used this stuff twice and it's all gone and my skin is smooth, not like it's ready to have an all out breakout. Remember just a few drops this stuff kills bacteria like no other. I wouldn't use it every day.

I have my girl put benzoyl peroxide on my back and then spray calamine lotion on it. It works pretty well. I feel like the calamine lotion dry out the acne more

Your not lying its a week and I noticed it kicking in I wake up to white pimples daily. But like the doc said sometimes it has to get worst before it gets better I'm also taking 10 benzoyl peroxide gel and it's doing its job

Dam sounds good... I have both white nasty zits and red bumps usually ends up being a huge zit smh...

I've heard aloe vera is good for scars but never tried it myself bro.

My magic bullet for acne is a combination of doxycycline, salicylic wash, sulfur soap and calamine. I have these on hand all the time. The calamine is great for drying out the acne. Does not work as well as benzoyl peroxide, but you don't have to worry about the problem of bleaching clothes and sheets that some of us have experienced.
