BEST Lean PROTEIN Powder ??
Hey Guys,
In your Opinion What Is Your favorite or the BEST PROTEIN Powder For Putting On LEAN MASS? When I say Best from the aspects of Lean MASS Building Potential...?
In Past I have ran Optimum Whey Protein, Syntha6 (which was a Blend), Fortress SOY Protein Powder, Now Trying PHASE 8 which is a Protein Powder Blend... ?
Can you get big by simply drinking protein Shakes All Day..?

No replies, I'll offer my opinion. First, "best" is subjective; I've been satisfied with Nutrabio's 100% whey protein isolate. I try to eat 4 to 5 solid meals and 1 to 2 protein shakes a day.

Been hitting the optimum nutrition gold standard whey for years now....take a look at my pix, they speak of the qualities of this product. Not to say supplements are the be all of building a great body, that's real foods place. But this straight forward whey has all I need to supplement with, and nothing I don't need.

I mix phase 8 with six star whey isolate 50-50.

I would highly discourage using protein shakes for your main source of protein. They are a supplement to be used as supplemental calories not primarily.
Eating whole foods is always better since you get more vitamins and minerals this way as well. I typically use one shake a day maybe 2 times a week. Everything else is whole food. I get a watery look when I use more shakes as well.
On brand.... Optimum and Syntrax are two I use. Syntrax has a few types but their Matrix one is a blend and tastes good. The Nectar type they sell is all isolate and has a lot of fruit type flavors. Also very good.
The lean mass building part will come down to all around nutrition and training though.
