Vitamin Packs: List your rank
These are my personal favorites in order:
1. Myovite
2. Vitastack (allmax)
3. Animal pak
Id like to hear about others and experiences. I switch between Myovite and Vitastack.
Also What are you "homemade packs?" I'd like to make my own that is much cheaper but have no idea where to get some of the things that Myovite has or what I should be supplementing that a normal multi vitamin wouldn't have....

I kinda make my own PACs, I base it around the multi and add
Zink
Vite e
Vite c
Milk thistle
Vite d
Aspirin
Cineman
And an omega 3-6-9 supplement.
Its cheaper this way.
