Any one running this for liver health, my understanding this was use a lot back in the day by all the big name bodybuilder and ran for 30 days at 3000/1500

I saw the same video and tried it out. One thing I found is that Choline has been the best long term nootropic I've tried. I now use the alpha GPC form daily. As for a liver detox; I'd spend my money on tudca. I didn't noticed a big difference taking choline and inositol for 30 days. Maybe I didn't take it long enough. With Tudca I noticed more energy after taking it a few times. It's the opposite effect from when I took M1T.
