R. Was there a scoop in the bag? If so, I guess that answers your question. Or just level out the scoop and weigh it on a mg scale/setting to see how mgs you get and adjust accordingly.

If not, then buy a Cap M Quick "00" capsule size capsule filler and a bag of empty caps. Each "00" cap holds approximately 600-900mgs per cap depending on the powder being used and how hard you compress/tamp the powder in the capsules, etc.

You could then take one of the filled capsules and weigh it on a mg scale to see how many mgs you have? I wouldn't worry about precision with NAC, a few mgs low or high isn't going to matter.

I have used a capsule filler for quite awhile with supp powders and NAC. Or you could just buy 600mg caps online. Piping Rock has pretty good prices.
