You wanna grow? Use insulin(if you wanna get serious) OR spike your insulin with a high glycemic carb..like maltdextrin. Do a 3:1 protein carb. Drink fucking chocolate milk and toss a scoop of maltodex in it right after your workout then eat a good protein rich with plenty of veggies complex carbs within a few hrs. That will give you way more than all these protein bullshit snake oil shit.
Save your money for juice.

Protein powders and shit when you cant grab a meal or to get your calories protein nutrients etc.., has it place...

HAHA I like this Brother!! Ain't that the f**kin truth! I've used many supplements over the years; did they work? I guess so. I still use protein powder as a quick meal replacement at work. Did they add 20 lbs of muscle on my frame like my first testo cycle? Hell no! It's funny because I was recently thinking about buying a bag of some bcaas, but truth be known I've never saw a dramatic difference using them. Save the supp money for better quality food and gear.
