GREENS SUPERFOOD POWDERS
I saw a post from about a year ago but only a couple people replied.
I’m thinking about incorporating some kind of Greens or Organic Greens Superfood Powders into my daily routine to help get more nutrients from vegetables and fruits when I don’t have time or calories to consume them.
Does anyone use or recommend any specific powders?

I used to use vita-green. It’s really good. Only reason I stopped taking it was because I upped my daily vegetable intake.
If you mix it with some fruit in a shake it’s not bad at all

I’ll check it out. I’m just very skeptical of all these greens and superfood powders...especially due to proprietary blends.

I feel you man. Proprietary blends make me skeptical as well but I liked vita greens for what it’s worth. However you can always just add 3-4oz broccoli to every meal instead and save money lol

you want one with 14-16g of actual blend.
not extracted types with mg worth of greens

Amazing grass makes a nice super greens powder. There are a few different ones I have the açaí berry one right now.

nice to see this post as I have been looking at the same thing, I do not like greens for the most part taste wise so I have been thinking about supplementing to help out

I've been taking this for a few years. But when I take this on an everyday basis, I truly feel a difference in my energy levels. I cant drink it with water alone so I dilute some "naked" juice with water and mix it in. I usually do the mean greens or the blue machine. Its one of the best supplements I've ever taken, if fact so good... I actually emailed the company and I never do that.
Green Vibrance – Vibrant Health
^^^ they have a wide range of products too.

Not 100% sold on the superfood thing but I tried out the green powder stuff awhile back myself. I did notice my stomach felt better. Like no bloating and gas. Alot of us eat like a horse and it really seemed to help digest my foods better. I didn't feel way healthier but my diet sucks most of the time. Probably works much better the cleaner you eat. Wonder if kubes takes the stuff. That dudes diet is on point 99% of the time.
