      Post workout shakes

Always wondered with the timing of post workout shakes with cardio post workout. Right after weights and before cardio, or does it not matter

Have heard different theories. But I always just eat or drink a shake when I'm completely done at the gym. How hard can you go on cardio with a belly full of fuckin protein shake. Makes me feel nauseous.

As long as your eating every three to fours hours it’s not gonna make much difference because the food from your digestive track will be fueling your recovery anyway

Agree with post all exercise, unless it's mixed with a mid-workout carb source. No point unless you are looking to fuel through your cardio.

I think you'd be fine after the cardio unless you're doing more than an hour of cardio then maybe take a few sips before the cardio
