I love Phenibut, so much in fact that I don't take it any more, lol. Kinda like kratom I just started taking it waaaaay too often and I am trying my damnest not to become dependent on shit any more. I was addicted to ***** for years so that's probably why Phen is so appealing to me.

In reply to several things here:
1. Tolerance to phenibut certainly can occur quite quickly. I myself have to exercise a certain amount of will power when I have got it around. Easier said than done as it can just be oh so nice.
2. I usually start around 500-700 mgs when I don't have a tolerance. As tolerance develops I settle in to around 1000-1500 mgs. That's per dose. I try really hard not to go over and space it out, no more than 2 weeks straight max because phenibut withdrawal is real and it can be a bitch. Plus it's such a useful compound that I don't want to ruin it's good useful properties just to fuck myself.

I cycle kratom too but I tend to use it for long periods straight, up to several months at a time. I taper off to avoid it's own set of discomforts and usually down 1-2 weeks away. I also try to keep the doses as low as I can for all the same reasons.

I've been using it for the last 2 weeks and I'm going to cycle off it soon. I've found by dosing 1-2 x day and keeping the doses mild, say 800 - 1200mgs it retains its effectiveness for quite a while. Coming off it is quite easy for me as I am prescribed gabapentin for nerve pain and they have very similar methods of action. The gaba almost totally prevents any withdrawal from occurring, at least using reasonable doses and not abusing the phenibut.

One thing's for sure, I have been sleeping great since I started this phenibut protocol! What an improvement. Even if I take it during the day and do not dose again at night, I fall asleep easier and it's deeper and longer lasting. Great stuff when used properly!
